Blackberry Cobbler

- Fruit
- 4 cups fruit
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Batter
- 8 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine fruit (blackberry, blueberry, etc), 1 cup of sugar and water into a saucepan. Boil and then simmer for 10 minutes
- Melt butter in baking dish
- Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and milk.
- Pour batter mixture over butter. Pour fruit over batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350F
- Serve with vanilla ice cream
