Cioppino

- Vegetables
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 fennel bulb (diced)
- 2 red bell peppers (diced)
- dash of red pepper flakes
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Broth
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 can whole tomato (28 oz)
- Seafood
- 1 lb clam
- 1/2 lb sea bass
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1/2 lb scallop
Instructions
- Saute vegetables in stockpot with olive oil
- Add broth
- Simmer for 30 minutes. Add clam for 10 minutes.
- Saute seafood in fry pan for 8 minutes.
- Serve seafood with broth.
