Serves: 6 Prep Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sliced lamb
  • 1 lb sliced wild salmon
  • 1 packet fish balls with roe
  • 2 bunches tong ho
  • 1 napa cabbage
  • 2 bunches enoki mushrooms
  • 1 can quail eggs
  • 1 lb soft tofu
  • 1 packet tofu puffs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 sichuan spice seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat water with sichuan spice seasoning
  2. Quick boil meat and vegetables until ready to eat
